Terms of Service

Keep your login private and give accurate details. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace.

• Only message people who signed up or agreed to hear from you, and honour unsubscribe and STOP requests.
• No spam, scams, misleading health or income claims, illegal products, or content that harms others.
• Follow the rules of the services you connect (Google, Microsoft, Meta WhatsApp, SMS networks).

Paid plans renew monthly through Flutterwave until you cancel in Billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current month is not refunded unless the law requires it. Message costs charged by third parties (for example WhatsApp or SMS) are separate.

You own your funnels, messages and contacts. You give us permission to store and process them only to run Tryscale for you. See our Privacy Policy.

We may pause accounts that break these terms or put other users, contacts or the service at risk.

We work hard to keep Tryscale available and correct, but it is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last three months.
